Forsyth Park is our biggest and best. Every Saturday is a amazing Farmer’s Market from 9-1. A short 8 minute drive away!

Forsyth Park is like another world, you would almost think it's in a scene from a live action Disney movie (like, oh I dunno, say Lady and the Tramp). The park is about 1 mile in circumference and several acres of greenery to pitch a chair or picnic blanket and people watch. There are amazing…

American Restaurant
“This is the ‘center’ of it all. Great place to sit back and people watch, eat in the breezeway and listen to live music, relax and regroup with friends. Lots of bars and restaurants all touching city market ”

“Cozy American bistro & bar with extensive food & beer menus in a century-old former grocery store. Ask any local where the locals go and Crystal Beer Parlor will always be mentioned.”

Art Gallery
“Telfair offers a three-site pass for 20$ and you have a week to use it. It includes the Telfair Museum of Art, a museum that opened in 1886, the Owen-Thomas House, a beautiful historic house museum with outstanding guided tours, and the gorgeous Moshe Safdie designed Jepson Center for the Arts. An excellent value and very high quality tours and exhibitions. And yes, the Bird Girl is at the Telfiar Academy!! ”

Coffee Shop
“First things first: BREAKFAST. ALL. DAY!!! This is rare in Savannah in anything other than a chain diner. Everything's organic, mostly likely locally sourced, and /or made in house. Its also a little more vegetarian leaning on the menu, but don't let that fool you - they do things right, food-wise. In addition to the wildly eclectic vibe, beatnik vibe, they serve a house made breakfast sandwich called The Big Daddy...sigh...it is PERFECTION!!! Scrambled eggs, cheddar, a delicious house made sweet and smoky veggie sausage that you could serve to anyone and they'd **never know** it was plant based, spin/tom/on, and this creamy sauce ties it all together, along with some sriracha on the side, just for kicks. When I am hungry (which is like, every time I go) I get it on a bagel and I leave very satisfied! I probably eat this about once a week, and usually on a Sunday afternoon while knocking out an hour or two of prep work for the week. PS - for those north of 21, Wine and Beer is also available for purchase. ”
