A little less busy than Gylly beach. Also good for paddle boarding

This gently sloping beach and shallow waters is ideal for children. It faces Falmouth beach and also has views of St. Anthony’s head. There is a small café here. The South West coast path links Maenporth to Swanpool beach. The Cove restaurant is right beside the beach.

Beautiful beach, perfect from morning to late afternoon to catch the Sun. beach cafe and restaurant are both really good. A food option for everyone with views to boot. Really safe swimming bay with very gradually gradient out especially at high tide. Can launch kayaks and on a calm day ideal for paddle boards. Coastal walks around to neighbouring beaches to left (Swanpool and then Gyllyngvase), or around the headland to the right up to Mawnan and then Mawnan Smith. Walkable from house via footpath (40 mins approx) with very short section on road (100yards approx), majority across fields.
