Tips from locals
Great park on the sand, playground equipment, no waves but still salt water and sand....perfect for small kids who might be scared of ocean waves.
Spectacular sunsets on the bay, long long trail for walks and bikes, and a cute park for kids.
Fanuel Park is right on the bay and has a nice play structure and swings for the kids and public restrooms.
Really cute grassy park right on Mission Bay with a great playground for kids

“The place is beautiful! It has external and internal area. Lots of nature and birds everywhere. It's like having coffee in the garden! When we were there had live music (Acoustic music - guitar and voice) for breakfast! Was amazing! Tip: Bagel with smoked salmon is delicious!! Conclusion: Ride is good, beautiful and cheap!”

“Man, this has to be my favorite. It is RIDICULOUSLY good. They have everything you could ever want... from man candy bacon, to stuffed french toast. Ask about the latte of the day or get a mimosa flight with an antioxidant juice to pair. (Acai is my go-to). The potatoes are food-coma worthy. My Favorite: -The Tuscan Eggs Benedict with a side of bacon and avocado -Coconut Latte -Buttermilk pancakes ”
