I use the word 'Earth' advisedly, because at this unique restaurant Chef James Noble returns to, and cherishes, Mother Nature and its abundant yield of fresh fruits, fish, vegetables and meats. From the farm that surrounds this casual restaurant (and which supplies some of Thailand's finest restaurants !), he selects each day those products that are at their peak and deserve to be turned into an extraordinary dish. On each visit, James and his well-informed, hospitable team have treated us to culinary adventures and intriguing new tastes. Flavourful, wholesome, farm-to-table food at its best. Come as you are and bring your own bubbly and wines : The Boutique Farmers charge no corkage.
