Babi Guling (roast pig) is HANDS DOWN my favorite local delicacy. Men Lari is your best bet and it is also very close to our villa. FYI, their crispy pork skin is definitely something to die for. If you enjoy a bit of a kick in something spicy, also try their sambal. Don't forget to Don't miss your chance to try this Balinese classic!
