The park was constructed in 1913. Abundantly planted with trees and flowers, it is an elegant park with scenes of creek and little bridges. Beitou Park is a great place for a stroll, also has the famous Taipei Public LIbrary Beitou Branch (a beautifully designed green building) as well as The Beitou Hot Spring Museum.

北投公園建於清宣統3年，歷史悠久！由大門進入，有一噴水池，園區人聲鼎沸，是社區居民平日活動的場所，每逢假日便可看見園內扶老攜幼，一家親子和樂的畫面真是令人稱羨。 北投公園除了新建的溜冰場等現代設施外，其餘皆屬陳年古木！漫步園中，綠葉隨風搖曳，自涼爽的樹蔭下，彷彿猶可嗅出古老的樸實呢！另外園內有從地熱谷的溫泉溪流經，因此硫磺味處處，形成一種奇觀！而鄰近的溫泉旅館如雨林般林立，是著名的溫泉旅館區，您不妨選擇最愛，浸泡在熱氣繚繞的溫泉裡，細細感受渾身毛細孔的通暢，讓筋骨得到徹底的舒解，許一個全新的「你」。
