Anamarie and her husband run a superb Michelin Star restaurant that is truly unique and highly recommended. The interior is hewn from the mountain rock on which the historical center of Ostuni is built. The food is delicious beyond description. Ideal for lunch or dinner. Booking is essential: 0831.303320
