Parkruns are big all over Joburg! Delta Park has a great one - with a great little cafe nearby called Delta Cafe. Best value breakfasts ever!

Located 6,8km from Seder Oaks is the Golden Harvest Park. Every Saturday morning at 8am, they host a free 5km "you against the clock" parkrun. If you'd like your time recorded register on the parkrun website (not compulsary but nice to know) and you will be issued with a bar code that needs to be scanned on completion of the run. There are several parkrun venues around Johannesburg.
