Very close to home - ten minute walk, three minute drive. Fantastic Museum if you enjoy Irish History, and also excellent grounds for walking, kicking a ball around in. Coffee shop as well.

The Pearse Museum is set in about 20 hectares of parkland (St. Enda's Park) in the south Dublin suburb of Rathfarnham and is where Patrick (Pádraig) Pearse lived and ran his Irish-language school between 1910 and 1916. It commemorates Pearse and his brother William who were executed for their part in the 1916 Rising against British rule. Watch out for diverse temporary exhibitions.
