The Forest is a volunteer-run, collectively-owned, free arts and events project. As well as a vegetarian cafe, their events have included music, theatre, dancing, yoga, massage, poetry recitals, art displays, knit-ins, book tours, language teaching, monsterbike making…and plenty more.

If you like Birkenstock sandals and live a GMO free lifestyle then the Forest Cafe is a Hippie friendly spot with great/ cheap coffee!

Really cheap and delicious vegetarian and vegan food, and the best nachos ever! It is volunteer run so expect a little wait but the atmosphere is great!
