Whether you are vegetarian or not, you will LOVE Plant. It’s completely vegetarian, but meat eaters will definitely find incredible options. This is a very popular (famous) place, so make sure you get reservations, although sometimes you can just show up and be lucky. Don’t miss the cheese plate - it’s so delicious! There is indoor and outdoor seating. The patio is not incredible, but the food certainly is!

One of my favorites restaurants in Asheville. Their mushroom dishes will blow your mind. I also love their seitan entrees and the lasagna cruda. I like to finish my meal with the ice cream taster.
