Downtown on the landing. You can get good coffee, avocado toast, deserts, or food from “the landing” connected to the coffee shop. Really good atmosphere and quality coffee and food.

Welcome to the Landing near Promenade Park. Utopian roasts their own coffee! Enjoy the delicious tastes and historic area. Indoor seating is plentiful and such a great use of space with furniture to enjoy the daylight. Try the oatmeal bar that includes peanut butter and chocolate chips. Delicious everything!
