Butterbang is a pop-up croissant bakery serving super flaky, "buttery pups". After a wildly successful run of "the guy on the croissant bike" - a pop up location has opened up. I recommend pre-ordering online in order to secure a croissant- as they often sell out (sometimes before opening). These are truly the best croissants I've ever tried. My favorite is the Dainty Pig which is filled with prosciutto, gouda & rosemary- yum!
