The view is spectacular. There are many cafes & restaurants along the beachfront esplanade , picnic tables, free barbecues, free wi fi, toilets & showers. at the north end is the jetty & caravan park . You can walk from here south to clifton beach and further to kewarra beach. Or enjoy a tour kayaking to Double Island across the bay.

The jetty offers a great spot for fishing with good possibility of an awesome catch. (Hire fishing gear from Brandsford Tackle Shop) Local and tourists love this spot. The closest point to Double Island. Watch out for the huge resident groper.
