Huge white sand beach. No crowds and great views of molikini. Snorkeling gets good this far south, only caveat is its paid parking.
Snorkle spot! Makena/Ahihi Bay- This is our favorite spot. Drive south on S. Kihei Rd, past Wailea to Makena State Park. Get there as early as possible because of the visibility. By about 11:00 am the visibility starts to deteriorate. It’s still clear but it starts getting windy and stirs up the sand a bit.
