FACT: The kimchi ramen at Toki is the best dish in the entire city, including the surrounding suburbs. Unfortunately, it is very small and very hard to get a seat, especially on weekends. Two ways around it -- go super early, or put your name in and go check out H St for a couple hours.

Ramen and dumplings. Don't let the name fool you as it's on the 2nd floor. Line up early to get in!
