Nice Chinese/Japanese cuisine restaurant, they have good fried rice/noodle and dumpling, and open until to 4:00 AM!

Small, reasonable and causal Chinese Noodles, fried rice, rice set, etc. You can point out picture on menu. All is less than 900 yen.
