Free art museum featuring an extensive collection of Japanese woodblock prints originally owned by internationally famous architect Frank Lloyd Wright.
This museum is a little chameleon - you would barely notice it if you weren't looking for it. It is free and fantastic. It's set right by some beautiful UW buildings that compliment the museum experience. It's open from 8am - 8pm - that's late! I've never seen it crowded.
The Chazen is home to the second-largest collection of art in WI: more than 20,000 works include paintings, sculpture, drawings, prints, photographs, and decorative arts.
