This is a great zoo for seeing most of Australias amazing animals. I really like the Platypus and reptile enclosures. You can get a photo taken holding or patting a koala, watch the raptor show or learn more about our snakes. I'd recommend planning to spend at least half a day here. Cheaper tickets…
Cuddle a koala, pet a dingo and feed kangaroos. It’s a great day out for everyone and improves every time we go!
Great day out, especially if you enjoy meeting some new furry friends and some of Australia’s native animals. Pack some water and your own food if you are not a big fan of deep fried fish&chips or sandwiches~
Its a wonderful day out. 10 minutes drive from our front door. You can see and experience all the iconic Australian animals. You can hold a koala and snake, pat a kangaroo. You can have lunch at the restaurant, nothing flash but nice. Lots of parking.
Don't miss the opportunity to get in touch with Koalas！ Meet a koala, hand-feed kangaroos and engage with a large variety of Australian wildlife in Lone Pine's beautiful, natural settings. Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary opened in 1927 as a safe refuge for sick, injured, and oprhaned koalas, at a time…

“Rain or shine... this is where to go. The pools are free and so well maintained. There is something for ever mood. Creek play? Head to the rock pool.. Need a lay on a Sandy beach - streets beach is your best bet. The kids will love the splash pool and everyone will love the large swimming pool too. Open late if you fancy a night swim on those balmy summer nights. Weekends are market days so pick up some new jewellery or a nice bit of art. There are loads of food options around but my favourite is Olé, a tapas restaurant with a great vibe.”
