This is a historical land mark in La Cala Mijas Malaga.There is a small museum showing a video of the defending towers. It is a vigia tower of the 18 Century. The entrance fee is 1 euro.

One of several watchtowers along the coast. This one is in the centre of La Cala de Mijas and is very well-preserved. You can go up to the top for a great view and then drop in to one of the many bars and cafes for a refreshing drink. There's a children's playground nearby as well.
