Thea, at the third level, is a unique apartment with distinct style and cozy charm. The bright interiors combine vintage floor tiles, a playfully stylish collection of comfortable vintage furnishings and worldly, eclectic artwork. Here, you will feel truly at home in this warm and romantic atmosphere. The apartment is fully self-sufficient, with two bedrooms with double beds, a large sitting room, a spacious bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The balcony is a special place to enjoy a meal or a cocktail with stunning180 degree views overlooking the volcano and caldera. The sunsets from this perspective will bring new meaning to infinity, as the red colors wash over even the interiors of the house. As night arrives, the lights on Fira’s cliff side sparkle like distant stars cascading into the sea. Thea can be rented for 2 people, 4 people or a small family. The apartment can also be rented together with Nest, on the upper level, to create a private, two storey house for 5-7 guests.
“The apartment has a great location overlooking the caldera. The host Costa was always prompt and ready to explain all the amenities and address our needs. He also arranged our airport transfers both ways. He gave numerous tips on anything ranging from good eating spots, car rentals, nightlife, beaches, basically anything we asked about. The porter and maintenance man was amazing in tending to our needs and carrying those heavy bags up and down those unending steps. Overall a great stay.”
Elite villa is a luxury Villa with a strong Cycladic character, luxurious and well designed for 4 guests. It is 5 minutes walk from the center of Fira. It offers one large bedroom with king size bed, 1 double sofa bed in the living room ,1 large bathroom. A wonderful private jacuzzi on the outdoors to enjoy yourselves !
“What an incredible space! Julia is an excellent hostess - very timely in response to questions, provided helpful tips and recommendations for exploration and travel arrangements, and the daily breakfast easily rivals any of the restaurants in Santorini! The pictures are accurate - the suite was immaculate and we were welcomed with 2 glasses of Santorini wine and a local peanut/honey snack. The location is about an 8-10 minute walk to the square and caldera, but the walk is easy and being away from the noise of the square was great. Close to a ton of restaurants and easy access to the Fira bus station for day trips to multiple locations (would highly recommend Kamari beach!). The daily breakfast is fresh and incredible. When budgeting for the trip, consider that if you were to purchase a breakfast of similar quality and quantity at one of the local restaurants, you would probably pay anywhere from 35-45 Euro for what you eat every morning at Julia’s! We had a fabulous stay at Julia’s and would definitely stay there again in the future!”
Stilvi Studio welcomes its guests since 2013! I will be delighted to welcome you on this beautiful island of Greece!
“Such a beautiful little studio as others have said, with drop dead gorgeous sunset views from your own private deck. For us the sunsets were better and less hassle than going to Oia and fighting the crowds. Georgia happened to be out of town when we visited, but she had arranged a car from the ferry for us at a good price (and when the driver tried to increase it on us at the last minute, she got right on the phone with them and fixed it from out of town!)... and then a very pleasant local guy met us and carried both our bags from the dropoff area up to the studio! This unit is ideally situated above another one... people traversing the caldera path below go right past the unit below and can look right onto their patio through the fence... but for THIS upstairs unit, they are further removed by a gate and a number of stairs, so they just look up longingly, and sometimes will even take pictures of the unit (and you) from down below! It's not obtrusive but just lets you know you picked an amazing place. Bottle of wine on arrival was nice. One thing: the water is not drinkable, which we were told on arrival - didn't really bother us, but we hand-washed some clothes and got a bit of a fishy smell from it. It came out later, and would not keep us from booking again - just don't try to wash clothes here. All in all, a magical place on a magical island... we miss it already after being back only a week. Book it!”
