We are located right next to the beach with direct access , yet still only 300m from the main highway! We have a beautiful elevated view of the Atlantic ocean with the best sunsets. Supply of electricity and water is temperamental and not constant in Gambia. -House has solar energy and water tank fitted so there is constant electricity and water. -House has air con and also has ceiling and free standing tall fans. -House is completely safe with security/caretaker on site. -House is 10 mins walk from the Beach -House has 3 upstairs balconies for own private space, and downstairs front terrace to relax.
