Dat Melkhus – North Sea air and sauna

North Sea air and sauna! Our detached vacation home "Dat Melkhus" was built in 1870 and is located in a small settlement with a quiet neighborhood. Here, at the turn of the century, butter was made by hand for the surrounding communities. Today, the once small house has been expanded to 140 square meters of living space and has been lovingly renovated by us since 2022. Perfect spot for relaxation, nature, cycling, golf, water sports and culinary delights. More information about the house can be found in the photos.

"Treat yourself to some time out!" – it wasn't hard for me as a city dweller to get into this mindset. You can hardly imagine a more striking contrast to the hustle and bustle of the big city. The "Rauszeit" is a quiet terraced house located in the district of Böhl near the lighthouse. Prices include a laundry package and the guest card for SPO. Arriving by car is recommended. A country-style apartment with a very nice tiled stove that provides cozy warmth in winter awaits you. Right outside the door you will find sheep and cattle pastures that invite you to take walks or bike rides. The Westerhever Lighthouse is only 5-6 km away. Not far from Poppenbüll you will find the Evershop Siel swimming area. Excursions to Sankt Peter Ording, Büsum, Husum or Friedrichstadt provide a nice change from the quiet country life in Poppenbüll.

Our old school from 1860 is located in the middle of the peninsula Eiderstedt near St. Peter Ording in the small village Tetenbüll. The house can be booked for 4 persons. Cozy warm with oven and sauna. Beach and shopping are within walking or cycling distance . You will love my accommodation because of the peace and the good air and the kilometer-wide view over the fields as well as the immaculate condition. My place is suitable for couples, solo travelers, and families.
