Entrance to the beach front located in a fabulous location as there are a number of restaurants and cafes as soon you reach there. In addition the golf club also located just next to the Villa if you fancy a game of golf, padel, tennis or just to use cafe restaurant. Grau seafront main restaurants are also within walking distance whether you feels like a paella or a nice cocktail. This architectural brainchild (SpronkenHouse) of sculptor Xander Spronken is one of the 2 art houses amidst the lush hills of Castellon, located on a private estate of 10 hectares with almond and olive trees, (only 35 minutes from the sea).
