Zusätzlich bestehen 2 Aufbettungsmöglichkeiten. Ein Reisebett für Kleinkinder ist vorhanden. Die Räume sind mit Naturfarben gestrichen und die Holzböden mit Naturwachs behandelt und sind aus diesem Grund für Allergiker besonders gut geeignet. Haustiere dürfen auf Anfrage mitgebracht werden. Kleines, aber voll ausgestattetes Appartement im Ferienhaus Börnchen auf etwa 30 m² Fläche. Das Bad und der Wohn- Schlafbereich ist mit Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. Unser Ferienhaus liegt im Zentrum des Osterzgebirges. Namhafte Ausflugziele sind mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. (Dresden, Elbsandsteingebirge, Sächsische Schweiz, Böhmische Schweiz, Seifen, Freiberg, Altenberg, Glashütte und Prag e.t.c.)

Ubytovací část je situovaná v 1. patře restaurace. K dispozici 2 apartmány o celkovém počtu 5 lůžek (možno rozšířit kapacitu na 10 osob) Oba apartmány jsou po celkové rekonstrukci- vybaveny stylovým dřevěným nábytkem. Mají vlastní koupelnu, WC a plně vybavenou kuchyň. V každém apartmánu je TV a trezor. Oba apartmány mají společenskou místnost. V pokojích i ve společenské místnosti je kouření zakázáno.
