Perfect for Northern Norway experiences without crowds of tourists. Boat rental only from June 20 to August 20. Many marked hiking trails ("Lavangen Fjellvandrerlag"). The "Midnight Sun Staircase" takes you up to the foot of Spanstind 400 m above sea level (2000 steps). Day trip by car to Senja (approx. 100 km), Tromsø (190 km), Narvik (55 km), Harstad (approx. 140 km). Polar Zoo (approx. 40 km). 75 km to Harstad/Narvik Airport

Large house with great location and modern amenities. This house of approx. 250 m² has everything you need for a comfortable stay. With 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 bathrooms, it is perfect for larger groups or families. Large porch and garden. Charming log cabin by the river

Charming, little log cabin right by the river. The cabin has only one room, with a bunk bed, dining table with two chairs, TV on the wall, kitchen bench with sink (without running water, see further down in the text), fridge and heating stove. Outside the cabin there is a site with a table and bench. Toilet and kitchen can be found in the service building 20 meters from the cabin. There is no running water in the cabin itself, this must be collected either in the small hut right above the cabin, or inside the kitchen in the service building.

Detached house by a farmyard, close to the sea, lovely views. Perfect place for recreation, relaxation, peace and quiet. An easy starting point for hikes in the mountains, at sea and in the cultural landscape. Relax in close contact with our sociable sheep and lambs. Possibility of hiking equipment, backpack, thermos, seat pad, etc. The hot tub is ordered separately, NOK 1200/EUR 120. Booking at least 4 hours in advance. Lambing from mid-April to the first week of May - possibility to see the little lambs and the proud mothers.

Villa Sjøsiden, Seaside Mountain Retreat

Villa Sjøsiden is located on the shore of the Lavangen fjord, surrounded by magnificent mountains in Tennevoll. Directly from the cottage you can go skiing and hiking all year round, and the area is also ideal for freeriders – there are peaks up to 1500 m nearby. The villa has 3 bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace, a compact kitchen and a bathroom with a burning toilet. Sleeps up to 5 people. You will need your own bed linen and the rest of the cleaning must be done by yourself. You can also purchase this add-on service.

Feel free to contact us if you need to rent only one room. 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom on the first floor with a super king size bed (180×200 cm), 2 bedrooms on the loft, one room with single beds (75 cm and 90 cm) that can be put together. Other bedrooms with king size bed (150 cm) with private living room and TV. A toilet on the 2nd floor.

Surrounded by dramatic mountains and oceans, Andørja is the most mountaineous island of Northern Europe. Mighty peaks shoot straight up from the sea. Few places are the landscape more conspicious than at Laupstad, where our farmhouse lies just between the sandy beach and mountains. We welcome singles, couples and families of every nationality! Fishing trips is possible. The midnight sun is best experienced by boat after all.

"Eivind Astrup" Cabin / Bardu Huskylodge

The “Elvind Astrup”Cabin has been decorated and set-up with ever attention to detail to make your evenings with us comfortable and relaxed. Lovingly furnished with drift wood and natural materials the cabins accommodate five to six people. We have a sauna near the river (additional for 450NOK). Our three cozy log cabins „Helge Ingstad Hytte“, „Eivind Astrup Hytte” and "Wanny Woldstad Hytte" are all to rent on Airbnb.
