The farm is planted with fruit trees and vineyards. You can only hear the noise of birds singing. The house has everything you need inside and an outside area for sunbathing or barbecuing. There is private parking inside and it is accessed via a steep path. Very quiet area The property has two buildings joined by a garden. The first building is a large kitchen with everything you need and a terrace with a barbecue. The other building is a comfortable house with a bedroom, with a double bed, a bathroom and a living room that has a double sofa bed and a dining area where there is a small office very well equipped with a microwave, vitro, sink, dishes and everything you need, etc. The property is about 1000 square meters and is at the complete disposal of the guest. Guests can contact us 24 hours a day. We advise and help with anything you need. 500 meters above sea level, the neighborhood of La Florida is a beautiful rural area, the starting point of numerous trails in the municipality of Icod de los Vinos, famous for its thousand-year-old Drago. Worth visiting, its historic center is of cultural interest. A car is required to get around. There is a bus service, but it runs 4 times a day. Icod is known as The City of the Dragon, for hosting the famous Millennial Dragon of Icod de los Vinos, one of the most emblematic symbols of the island of Tenerife. The city's old town has been declared a Site of Cultural Interest due to its historical importance and also houses a commercial area, complementary to those existing in the Isla Baja. Great for couples. The accommodation is located next to the famous trail called "Barranco del infierno" (Hell's Ravine) in the historic village of Adeje. You can enjoy fantastic views of the sea, the island of La Gomera and the mountains. The accommodation has two single beds together, a sofa bed, a mini kitchen and its own private bathroom. SHARED OUTDOOR AREAS: The pool (not heated), garden, and outdoor shower are shared between Las Hermanas I and Las Hermanas II, and are not for the exclusive use of either property. Each home has its own terrace with sun loungers, parasol, and armchairs, which are not shared. From the pool, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the island of La Gomera. The holiday home "Las Hermanas II" is located in Guía de Isora and offers sea and mountain views.

Modern Solar Powered Home, the house is off-grid, meaning it gets its electricity from the sun and a standby generator if needed. Restored in April 2021 the cottage is just before Teide National Park. Home has full cooks open kitchen and living room with all one might need, gas stove and modern appliances. The bedroom is located in a charming, low-ceilinged loft with safety railings and access via a metal staircase (see photos). An ideal place to disconnect, breathe fresh air, and enjoy the tranquility and authentic mountain atmosphere. Important: Access to the property includes a dirt slope of about 100 meters.
