Nefes Island House - Garden

Our house is in Alaybey Neighborhood Namazgah Square. Walking distance to food and drink, shopping and all other venues in the center. Again, you can swim from the harbor within walking distance. The house is on a very calm and peaceful street, despite its central location. There are two bedrooms and a sofa that can be a double bed, it can accommodate a total of six people. It has a large garden that belongs only to the residence. The house has undergone extensive renovation. Its infrastructure, furniture and white goods are new.

Starfish Stone House

Our stone house, which is one of the best locations with sea and island views of Bozcaada central Rum Neighborhood, also offers a unique service with the use of a shared terrace area with sea views of Denizyıldızı Hotel. Our stone house is double. The first floor has 2 bedrooms and a cedar seating area. On the lower floor there is a seating area with 2 sofa beds, kitchen and 2 toilets and 1 bathroom. In addition, an additional fee and breakfast service is provided at the restaurant where the Starfish is agreed upon.

Pelazzi Farm/Farm House

Our house has a Tourism Housing Certificate approved by the Ministry of Tourism. Pelazzi Farm takes its name from the Pelazzi (Pelagians), the first tribe to settle in Bozcaada. Opposite Pelazzi, 4 km from the center, is the Pavli forest, and it is surrounded by vineyards. Ayazma beach is 900 meters away. If you want to wake up in the morning to the sounds of a thousand birds, taste the grapes in our vineyard and watch the moon rise while sipping a glass of Bozcaada wine, we want to share these beauties with you.

If you stay in this centrally located place, you'll be close to everything as a family. Our house consists of two rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. It can accommodate 4 people comfortably. All the equipment that a home should have is available. It is in the city center and transportation is quite easy.(5min walk from the pier) There is a seating and relaxation area on our terrace, you can enjoy the view (You can have breakfast or dinner on the terrace) Note: Our design is for common use.

Our house is located on a quiet street in Cumhuriyet Neighborhood. This charming garden floor, which was originally a winery, has been transformed into a pleasant living space suitable for accommodation. It has a private entrance and the garden is only available to our guests staying on this floor. Our house is furnished to provide accommodation in the comfort of your own home in the center of Ada. Kitchen equipment and white goods are designed to meet all needs.
