Our land is 8 acres and is located in Bahçeköy, the previous village before arriving in Tekirdağ/Kıyıköy. There is 1 container and 1 house on the same land. It is a virgin place at the foot of the logos forests. There is a field, fruit trees, and a fire area inside the land. There is a stream through the land. It is 2 minutes by car and 20 minutes by foot to the village center. Around it again there are sparse houses of 5 to 8 acres of land. our house is a detached structure in the center of Murefte, there are 5 rooms separately in each of our rooms, the bathroom is in the WC room, our rooms have air conditioning, a mini fridge and a TV, in the concept of a hotel room. 2 of our 5 rooms are 1+1, and there is a single bed in our small room except for the normal bedroom.
