Bring your family or friends to this spacious apartment with a great location in the basement of our house. Here there is a swimming area right on the downside and walking distance to both Nøtterøy Golf Course and hiking terrain as well as the coastal trail. Kiwi, gas station and good bus connections to Tønsberg and Tjøme are right by. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a chaise longue (suitable for a child to sleep on) and one with 2 single beds that can be put together. The living room and patio are west facing with sea views and are sunny.

The cabin has its own swimming area, great hiking trails nearby, and the possibility of fishing. Here you can unwind and relax! Beautiful views of the strait both outside and inside, good sun conditions and amazing sunsets. (no sun guarantee even on the sunny coast;) Swimming opportunities are two minutes walk from the house, and otherwise there are several nice beaches nearby. This is a nice place with lots of charm and good atmosphere with all the possibilities to create good holiday memories.

Designed to enjoy late days in the sun. In the common area there are several beach zones and playgrounds in the immediate vicinity of the cabin. The cabin is on 2 floors and offers a large living room, kitchen with large dining area, 3 spacious bedrooms (8 - 10 beds) and 2 bathrooms. There is a possibility for a berth on the jetty for an additional fee.

You can arrive and have a car parked on the property, but if you have a boat then this is a connecting point for so many amazing excursions. You can easily go to Skjærhalden, Søndre or Nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken or into Fredrikstad. A short trip can be to visit the different restaurants Hvaler Islands have to offer and a longer trip can be Grebbestad or Tønsberg and others.
