Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. In the reed beds, you can catch perch, roach, rudd and northern pike. You can go out on Lake Vänern with a plastic sheet, and if you’ve brought a kayak, it’s easy to launch. The plastic canoe is great for paddling, but it also has a motor. You need to bring your own clean petrol. You can swim from the pine-covered cliffs in the bay or out around the skerries and islands. Värmlandsnäs is located right in the middle of Sweden’s largest freshwater lake, Vänern, and is home to a rich variety of wildlife, including birds, deer and wild boar.

This lovely cottage is located a few meters from Lake Vänern and has a sandy beach, wood-fired sauna and jetty with wood-fired hot tub. Perfect even for winter swimming! The views of the lake are amazing! The cottage has 2 lofts with beds, living room with sofa bed, TV, dining area, kitchenette, fridge/freezer, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, toilet, shower and washing machine. Large glass doors can be opened out to the balcony, which has a gas grill, outdoor furniture and sun loungers. This is a quiet, natural and beautiful accommodation 15 km outside Lidköping.

Lillstugan is located on a farm where there are cows, chickens, cats and dogs. The beds are made and there is breakfast in the fridge when you arrive. Lillstugan has 3 beds on the ground floor and 3 on the second floor. Kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric stove with oven and wood stove. TV room with sofa. Small patio with garden furniture and grill. Balcony with seating. There are roads and trails in the forest where you can walk or bike. It is 300 meters to a private beach with a jetty.

Here you live in a spacious (75 m2) apartment in a converted barn with all the amenities, fireplace and patio with lake views. Only 300 meters to Kabbosjön with beach and docks. Here you can see wild animals roaming by such as deer and fox. You can enjoy nice forest walks, paddling, berry and mushroom picking. The accommodation has a large bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed. Living room with exit to patio and a sleeping loft with two single beds. There is also a single bed in the living room.

Great cabin where you live "on" the water. The cabin is located at Ystehede, by the Iddefjorden, about 10 km from the center of Halden. Here, guests have access to a floating jetty with a bathing ladder, as well as a beach consisting of stone and sand. Here there is outdoor furniture, a gas grill and opportunities to moor your own boat. Here there are many hiking trails in the forest and if you have your own boat you can fish or take the sea route to Halden and on to the Hvalerøyene.
