Boating experience is required to get to the privately-owned island. Dock at the jetty with a stable plastic boat about 5 m with a 9 hp outboard motor, good for fishing from. Upstairs, there is a fully-equipped kitchen with stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. The floor plan is open with sofa, TV and dining area for 6-8 people. The family has lived here since the early 1800s. All of the old charm and its origin has been taken care of with great care. There are two houses for rent in different combinations. The houses are tastefully decorated with a high standard and are located on the shore with their own jetty and boathouse. There is a sauna for rent for SEK 500.

Large lawn outside and on the other side of the road is the wharf. The ferry to Hamburgo is located around 100m south.

In the bay, many boats seek a night port as it is protected by mountains. Here are also beaches. The village offers many varied walking paths along the sea. There are several swimming spots here, both from mountains and sandy beaches. During other times of the year it is quieter. We find pleasure in that too!
