Newly renovated home in quiet cul-de-sac 19 minutes from downtown. Each bedroom has a bathroom and walk in closet. Master bedroom has a California King and second bedroom has a Queen. Both bedrooms are on the second floor. We have a roll in bed in the garage as well as a large couch that can be used for the 5th and 6th guest. Only guests are permitted. No extra visitors, parties or events. Violations may result in cancellation without refund. Neighborhood quiet hours are 10pm to 8am.

**During summer it's too hot to sleep in loft, so we limit guests to a total of 2 people in downstairs bedroom.** 1930s farm house on 18 acres. Mix of modern & antique; wood floors, cream plaster walls, comfortable period furnishings. Kitchen has marble counters, gas stove, undercounter fridge, dishwasher. Austin Guest Flat - 1000sq ft Home Away From Home

Our guest space was built for my mom but we ended up living in it for 2 years and it was great. It is approx 1000 sq ft, tall vaulted ceiling in the living space and lots of light. It's pretty quiet up there. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood near the center of Austin's population ( Hwy 183 & Hwy 620). This makes our location super easy for access to major roadways.
