🌟Self contained rural character cottage🌟

A peaceful two bedroom cottage on the edge of the Trough of Bowland and Lune Valley with links to the Yorkshire Dales ( Hawes - 30mins) and Lake District (Windermere - 45 mins), and the popular town of Kirkby Lonsdale only a 20 minute drive away! Excellent walks and cycle routes in the area, a wealth of wildlife around, curious sheep that come to the fence and views looking over to Morecambe Bay and the Lakeland Fells. There are lots of fantastic eateries nearby. 20 mins from M6 Junction 34.

With private parking, we are 2 minutes from the M6 and within easy reach of the Lake District, Morecambe Bay, Lancaster and the Yorkshire Dales. Pretty stone cottage on the outside - modern interior and superfast broadband on the inside. Idyllic country setting with only the sheep and birds in view. Self-catering cottage with its own small paddock - perfect for 2 adults who want a quiet bolt-hole in a truly beautiful location. Sofabed can sleep third guest if required (3rd guest does incur additional nightly cost). One baby up to 2yrs free and travel cot/high chair also available. Set over three floors, surrounded by beautiful gardens, it has been renovated with great care, to the highest standard of design, using quality materials and finishes. It is a place to rest and unwind, to wander and sit in a garden full of wildlife, to gaze at the ever-changing views. It's 12 minutes walk from Kendal town center's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub the Riflemans Arms
