Very nice house of 50 m2 located in a very quiet residential area of Tarbes, 5 minutes by car from the city center on 350m2 of land. Bedroom with bed 140, wardrobe Louis Philippe three doors. living room with very comfortable sofa bed, TV 82cms, dining room with table and 6 chairs and cupboard, all on 16m2, ceiling 3.10m with exposed wooden beams. Nice bathroom with shower, thermostatic tap. Garden furniture, barbecue, Nespresso coffee machine.

The house is around 110 m2 with private terrace 60 m2. Garden is shared with another house (rented all year long to friends). It is not closed because I am finishing the building. At your disposal you have wood and all the amenities you can need, parking at 30m, buble bath, Internet, sound bose, Canal+, canalsat, very well furnished kitchen. The house is plenty of light all day long, very confortable and warm.
