Panoramic Wine Steward's House - Balatonszepezd

Quiet, tranquility, birds chirping, Balaton panorama. Far from everything and yet close to Lake Balaton. The old cellar house is located at the foot of the Balatonszepez hills. In 2019, it was fully renovated, well-equipped kitchen, panoramic terrace, living room, dining room, bath, toilet, and rooftop bedroom for those who want to relax. On the ground floor is a single sofa bed, a double bed upstairs, and a comfortable double sofa bed await you. We also provide a crib and additional accessories upon request.

Our holiday home is located on Ábrahámhegy right next to the waterfront. It is unique in that it has a private pier. We just walk out of the house and we can already swim. It is also a perfect place for fishermen. The terrace on the balcony offers a fabulous view. Our spacious ground floor terrace is protected from the sun. We are next to the Káli pool, so you can't be bored. There is a lot to discover, both in terms of natural beauty and gastronomy. The house and jetty are used only by guests.

Saját gyógynövényes kertből a vendégek kedvükre szedhetnek teának valót vagy a bekészített, helyi borokat kortyolgathatják. A teraszról a hegyre néző kilátás káprázatos. A Balaton körüli kerékpárút mellett elhelyezkedő ház nagy kerttel ideális szálláshely az aktív kikapcsolódást keresők számára. Számos borászat, túraútvonal elérhető a közelben. Big Blue is an authentic family-owned cottage house at the heart of Hungary's 'Provence' wine region. It is best for families, groups of up to 10. OFF SEASON IS RENTED ONLY FOR COUPLES (2 PRS). The stylish, children-friendly house has been refurbished with authentic furniture and equipped for a relaxing vacation inc. a washing machine, dish washer, A/C & more. Please note, this rental primarily serves as our family base in the summer - it is not a hotel. We are a dog-friendly house.

It is located in the famous wine area of Badacsony and in the immediate vicinity of the Káli-basin, acclaimed for its culinary character. There are many outstanding wineries and restaurants closeby, at the same time the area is most suitable for excursions through fields & forests as well. And the lake is only 5 minutes away!

Have fun with the whole family at our homey and comfortable, recently renovated place. It is designed and equipped to make your stay the least burdensome and to have a cozy feel like home experience. Please note that the fireplace is only for decoration there is central heating in the house. The pool is in operation only between June to end of September. All the rooms have air conditioning!

Biztosítunk vendégeink számára zárt, -kamerával őrzött parkolót, ingyenes wifi-t, kerékpárokat, napozóágyakat, strandjátékokat (tollas-labda, matracok, vizi-játékok), és van grillezési lehetőség. Ingyenes transzfer a balatonboglári állomásról, érkezéskor és távozáskor. Boltok, éttermek 1 km-en belül.

Ez egy túlélő menedékház. Földúton megközelíthető. Víz kannából, wc pottyantós, áram nincs.(ha nagyon muszáj azért feltöltheted a telefonod), gyertya van. Van szauna, csodás kilátás a hegyekre, csönd, sokféle kirándulási lehetőség, kedves házigazda és Igor a szamár.
