This is a private rental accommodation on a hill overlooking the horizon of Shima-yakushima, a World Natural Heritage site. You can see the sea to the east, so you can sometimes see the moonrise. The starry sky is also very beautiful. Anbo town is a 10-minute drive, convenient for shopping and eating. The popular Jomon Sugi mountain climbing bus stop is a 15-minute drive away. If you're having trouble finding a rental car, you can car share the owner's car (using the Carstay app). It is a light vehicle with a capacity of 4 people and it is a cargo car, so the ride comfort is not the best, but it is a 4WD with plenty of luggage space. Two small huts close together in the middle of the forest. One has 5 bunk beds, TV space, separate toilet, and bathroom. The other has a lounge, kitchen, table, fireplace, and another toilet. Very private with river access. Neru Hut is a house nestled in the forest, a 10-minute drive from Yakushima Airport, 15 minutes from Miyakonojura Port, and 10 minutes by car from restaurants and supermarkets. There is also a river on the premises and you can go down and bathe in the water. You'll feel like you're wandering into a private space deep in the mountains. We recommend renting a car for sightseeing in Yakushima. We can also help you arrange a rental car. Please let us know your arrival time, location, and return time. We'll let you know the quote. Fisherman's living experience inn: Fuku no Ki

Yakushima is famous for mountains, but the sea, fish are also attractive. This inn is a bit inconvenient, but we treat you like family. And you can eat delicious fresh fish. The building is a converted fisherman's barn. We will cook fish together, heat Goemon bath with firewood, and provide you with a stay as if you were living with us. One cooking experience is included during your stay. On other days, you will stay without meals. Optional fishing boat tour (extra charge) is also available.

Miyanoura Port Convenience: Riverside Entire home

We chose our accommodation's location carefully to make it as convenient as possible. Yakushima is quite remote and doesn't have many transportation options. Yakushima is relatively large, covering about 100 kilometers. There are restaurants and supermarkets scattered around, but it can be challenging to find rental cars or taxis. →You can walk to popular restaurants in just 3 minutes, so you can have a great meal and easily return. Additionally, a supermarket is only a 7-minute walk away.

However, no kitchen facility. Cottage is made in Japanese style with aromatic local cedar wood , open beams, and Shoji screens.
