We are waiting for you in our charming 17 m2 studio with a mezzanine sleeping area. Fully equipped so you don't miss anything during your stay. A pretty 25 m2 garden completes this accommodation so you can enjoy breakfast outside when the weather permits. Located in the municipality of Talence, at the gateway to Bordeaux, a bus stop is 350 m away and the tram is 1 km away. And to spend your stay like a real Bordeaux resident, a bike is available.

Sciences Po is 20 minutes away and Kedge is 25 minutes' walk. Bordeaux center at 20 min by tram. Pessac train station is accessible by bus (10 min) then Bordeaux-Saint-Jean in 5 min by train. Arcachon Bay 50 min. Mutualist clinic 5 min walk, Pellegrin and Xavier-Arnozan hospitals 5 km.

Independent room, at the back of the garden. Ideally located 400M from Tram B (Peixotto) and bus stops (8, 21, 31, 35, 87). Downtown Bordeaux in 15min by tram, Talence/Pessac university campus 10 minutes too. Chu Pellegrin 25 min by direct line bus 8 (10 min by car). An Auchan and a baker are also 400m away for your groceries. THERE ⚠️ IS NO WIFI.⚠️ Netflix on the telé. Direct self access to the studio by the garden.

Welcome to you! Nice studio, clean with a terrace in a quiet area. Close to campus, 8 min walk to tram B towards Bordeaux (20 min via tram) and 3 to 4 min from the studio to bus stop 10 towards Bordeaux train station without change. Direct access from Bordeaux station via line 10. Ideal for taking exams on campus, discovering Bordeaux or exploring the area with the beach 35 minutes away. Looking forward to it!

Nice Studio in Talence,refurbished, south facing, on the 4th floor with elevator. The apartment has a balcony with unobstructed views. With a dressing room, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a washer/dryer. Separate WC. Well-equipped kitchen Very good quality sofa bed! Parking place available. Heating: gas Last-minute bookings may cause a delay;)

Studio in the center of Talence, 200 m from the tram

New and bright 18 m2 studio located in the heart of Talence, a few minutes' walk from shops, restaurants, the cinema and Peixotto Park. Bordeaux's historic center is accessible in 15 minutes by tram. The university campus is also nearby. The studio is adjacent to our house, you can park your car in a private parking space in front of the studio.
