Our comfortable, clean and reliable authentic vineyard house is 19 km from Erciyes Ski Center Tekir Kapı, 10 km from Hacılar Kapı, 6 km from Kayseri city center, Historical Castle, 13 km from Kayseri Airport, 14 km from Kayseri Bus Terminal, 71 km from Ürgüp Göreme. Our vineyard house has two floors and the upper floor is for rent, it has a separate entrance. We live downstairs. We can help our guests with anything.

We welcome our guests who do not prefer hotels and want to feel at home, especially during the pandemic

Our house is 7 km (10 minutes) from the ski resort. It has the BEST view you can find in Kayseri. There are 3 single beds and 1 double bed. There is ABSOLUTELY no heating problem. There are 2 bathrooms. Hot water and unlimited Wifi are available 24/7. Covered parking available. If you want to relax your soul by watching the whole city in a quiet place surrounded by nature, let's host you NOTE: NO PETS ALLOWED✖️ ORGANIZATION (CELEBRATION, ETC.) IS NOT ALLOWED

I offer the upper floor of my 2-storey detached house, which is 15 minutes from the Erciyes Mountain ski resort and 5 minutes from Ali Mountain. It is surrounded by peaceful, quiet nature with clean air and water. It has 3 bedrooms, a living room and can accommodate up to 7 people in my 200 m2 house.
