Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. In the reed beds, you can catch perch, roach, rudd and northern pike. You can go out on Lake Vänern with a plastic sheet, and if you’ve brought a kayak, it’s easy to launch. The plastic canoe is great for paddling, but it also has a motor. You need to bring your own clean petrol. You can swim from the pine-covered cliffs in the bay or out around the skerries and islands. Värmlandsnäs is located right in the middle of Sweden’s largest freshwater lake, Vänern, and is home to a rich variety of wildlife, including birds, deer and wild boar.

Welcome to a beautiful cottage right on the shores of Lake Vänern. It is about 50 meters from the cottage to the lake and a private balcony down by the lake. Next to the cottage, there are lawns and a private nice plot. The cottage has a large deck facing the water. There are three cottages on the property. They're next to each other. - Large cottage with kitchen, living room and bedroom with double bed. - Side house with toilet and shower. - Timber cottage with two additional beds. All are included in your reservation. Maximum 4 guests. Rental period at least 3 nights.

New cottage located 50 meters from the shore of Lake Vänern. Kitchen area with fridge, stove, microwave, fully equipped with porcelain, (no oven). Small living room with sofa, coffee table and TV. Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom with shower and toilet. Air heat pump! Private outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent a wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Happy if the cottage is left cleaned, clean and tidy! Welcome!

Skansviken next to Lake Vänern

A peaceful accommodation 100 meters from Lake Vänern and 13 km from Karlstad Center. From your patio, you can look out over the yard and on the front of the property is Lake Vänern. It's easy to get out by boat/kayak and a nice swimming area is 500 meters away. If you are a family, there is room for an extra bed. You'll be able to borrow an air mattress. The accommodation is 13 km from downtown Karlstad. Buses run 500 meters from the accommodation on weekdays and between 6 pm and 9 pm there is a call-controlled bus. No bus on weekends.

You will also find Hammarö Archipelago Museum on the outskirts of the headland, which offers a unique collection of objects from the old Vänern fishing and an exhibition about life on the lighthouses in Lake Vänern.

Private small cottage of 52 m2 + 25 m2 loft and large terrace with outdoor hot tub for 6 people. Very modern and nice accommodation for yourself with the host in their own house on the property. Private parking space with room for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the lake and 12 km by car to the large square in Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat with you, you can put it by the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)
