It's easy to get out by boat/kayak and a nice swimming area is 500 meters away. If you are a family, there is room for an extra bed. You'll be able to borrow an air mattress. The accommodation is 13 km from downtown Karlstad. Buses run 500 meters from the accommodation on weekdays and between 6 pm and 9 pm there is a call-controlled bus. No bus on weekends.
