Come and spend a quiet and pleasant time at the gates of the Médoc in the air-conditioned studio of "La Fontaine" located in the very quiet neighborhood of Feydieu. 25 min from Bordeaux by car, close to the Châteaux road (La Lagune, Saint Estephe...), 45 minutes' drive from the beaches of Lacanau, Hourtin, 5 minutes' walk from the forest. The studio is close to our house but we will be discreet during your stay. Pets not allowed! A parking space is reserved for you in the enclosed courtyard.

You will also have access to a parking space on our enclosed property. Conveniently located just 5 minutes from tram line C, "Blanquefort station" (Bordeaux - about 25 minutes). Quick access to the Médoc region and its renowned châteaux. Please note, the house is not wheelchair accessible.

Only 6 minutes from Libourne, 25 minutes from Saint-Emilion, 35 minutes from Bordeaux, and 1 hour from ocean beaches, it is ideally located for you to discover our wonderful wine region.

Adjacent to a house, the studio has a separate entrance and parking space. Very quiet residential area, forest and 1st Médoc castles a few hundred meters away. 10 minutes' drive to Bordeaux Lac (Matmut stadium and exhibition center). 2 km walk to the train station Tram (line C). 45 minutes' drive to the ocean.

In the owner's garden, enjoy a nice independent studio, all comfort in a very quiet area, by the pool preserved from the looks of the neighbors. The owners will know how to be discreet so you can enjoy this beautiful environment at the gates of the Médoc and Bordeaux. A 5-minute drive away you will have access to tram D which takes you right into the centre of Bordeaux. 40 minutes from the beaches by car. Medoc Golf Resort is a 10-minute walk.

In a fully renovated old brick laundry (chic and charming industrial style), we offer a well-equipped studio, with a bedroom insulated by a blackout curtain, living room with a comfortable sofa bed, kitchen, dining area, bathroom with walk-in shower. A terrace with a table and chairs and a good exhibition offers the possibility to enjoy a small intimate garden. All the equipment made available guarantees comfort and softness of life.
