It is a manor house from the end of the 19th century. It is located in the southern centre of the island of Gran Canaria, 2 km from the town of Santa Lucia and 25 km from the southern beaches of the island From its windows and its outdoor courtyards you can see the entire caldera, and the Tunte archaeological park House has two bedrooms, two caves, one living room - dining room, one living room, two bathrooms, two outdoor patios, air conditioner, fireplace , barbecue and Jacuzzi

The Young Lady

La Señorita is located in a privileged space within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. A spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can be rented whole (6 people) or partial (4 people). The decoration and the rooms are very well kept. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

Romantic cave with terrace and sea views

Relax in this unique and tranquil place and enjoy romantic togetherness at sunset and a glass of wine. The spectacular view of the valley (Barranco de Anzoe) of the sea up to Mount Teide on Tenerife is hard to beat. The approximately 45 m² cave with annex is more than 100 years old and was brought back to life in the summer of 2022 and lovingly renovated as a vacation home. The comfortable amenities leave almost nothing to be desired (note: Wi-Fi available, NO TV!! ;-)

Apartment 2 Finca Cortez Gran Canaria

The apartment is located in Gran Canaria on the finca Cortez, which is located about 3 km from San Bartolome in the mountains at 1180 m altitude; the district is called El Sequero Alto. The location is ideal for hikers, because from here you can quickly start or get to the most famous hiking trails. From now on, super-fast Internet (fiber optic) is available. Our service for hikers: we will gladly pick you up in Tunte free of charge and of course take you back there.

Casa Azul - Welcome to the chicken house

The chicken coop used to be here. But there's almost nothing left to see of it. The rock walls create a pleasant microclimate and the large windows let in a lot of light and also overlook the slope. You can relax on the terrace and after an eventful day, the rain shower awaits in the wellness oasis. The "chip" can also be changed quickly by car. 15 minutes to the beach, 25 to Las Palmas and 30 to the south.

Las Lagunas country house in Tunte

The house is on the outskirts of the village of San Bartolomé de Tirajana: "Tunte". Originally it was a house and a barn for animals with the typical construction of the time in the Canarian rural areas, with thick stone walls. The house, due to its wide walls and open common spaces, is cool in summer and cozy in winter, although it has air conditioning and a wood-burning fireplace.
