This 19C Farm labourers cottage is now a stylishly furnished and comfortable home, perfect for couples and a pet. Downstairs is a comfortable sofa and arm chair for lounging in front of the TV and fire. There is a well equipped galley kitchen. Upstairs is the bathroom with shower over bath. Also the bedroom which has a Kingsize (5ft wide) bed with feather duvet and pillows and crisp White Company sheets. One dog is welcome ( fee applies) with own bed and must not go on furniture or upstairs.

The Annex is a great space that we have recently converted into a modern, self-contained living area for two (plus maybe a little one). Initially, it was just meant for friends & family but we would love to share our mini-space with you. We are in a fantastic location & there may even be a fresh egg for you in the morning! Excellent road links to the A1(M) & 1.5m from the sought after village of Boston Spa. A vibrant high street & a fantastic selection of independent bars, cafes & shops.

Built on the historical site of Syningthwaite the cottages are named as such because of their close proximity to the Syningthwaite Priory. The Gables is a 3 bedroom Edwardian villa in a quiet part of Tadcaster, ideally situated between York (9 miles) and Leeds (14 miles) and close to many popular wedding venues. Holidaymakers and workers are equally welcome. Parking is on the lane right outside. For those wanting to visit York, the Park and Ride at Askham Bar is 10 minutes away and a better option than parking in York. The Gables is not wheelchair friendly.
