A 40m2 self-contained apartment on the ground floor of a traditional stone built farmhouse in a tranquil rural location. The apartment features a bedroom/living room with king side bed, sofa, smart TV, built in wardrobe, and dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a wet-room and decked terrace with parasol and outdoor dining table. From May to October guests have use of a 6m x 3.75m pool and sun deck shared with the host who lives on site and guests in one other 2 person accommodation.

It's a 10min walk through the village to the river with beaches and a café whilst charming Coja town is a 5min drive and includes several restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bank. A multitude of historic sights and outdoor activities are catered for in the surrounding area.

Casa Do Vale - Secluded Luxury

The perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and seclusion: Casa Do Vale, or "House Of The Valley" is a luxury 1 bedroom home in the heart of Central Portugal. Located at an altitude of 470m, the house boasts stunning views of up to 50 miles on a clear day. Recently restored to a high standard, the guesthouse comes complete with a private wood-burning hot tub (October-May) that can be a plunge pool in summer and a larger shared swimming pool that can be private upon request.

It is located on the edge of the Serra da Estrela natural park, where many natural activities are possible (canoeing... You will enjoy a panoramic view of the mountain in the calm and modern comfort. The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests of the house.

Our Chalet is located on a 3-hectare fenced farm, located within the Serra da Estrela Natural Park. A calm and tranquil place where you can enjoy nature and observe the local fauna, through walks through the pine forest, or choose to follow the stream to its source. You can also relax in our pool. Ideal for relaxing with family or friends. We accept all animals. The farm, Chalet, garden and swimming pool are for the exclusive use of the guests.

Come and enjoy our quinta in an oasis of peace. You stay in a fully furnished wooden chalet. Between Seia and Oliveira do Hospital, outside the village of Meruge. View of the highest peaks of Portugal (Serra da Estrela). The chalet is located on its own spacious plot, lined with grape vines. Sunny and shady spots. Casa do Vale is a rustic house placed in Serra da Sicó. The tranquility of the area and the comfort of the house will guarantee incredible moments in family or with friends. This is a place for the ones avoiding crowds and touristic areas and appreciate being surrounded by Nature. The pool, BBQ and 5000m2 green area are for private use of our guests. Ideal for family holidays. Pets are allowed but at extra cost.

The picturesque little corner

The Cantinho Pitoresco is a space conceived from a century-old house, totally remodeled, maintaining the original features and rustic characteristics of the buildings of this region (namely the display of much of the original stone) associated with the most modern equipment, so that comfort and functionality are words that remain in the memory of those who pass through our house.

Sunflower Treehouse

Our treehouse was built over a 400 year old oak tree, standing on a rock bed under all property. Built as a hobby, and originally intended as a playground for children, it gathered the attention and amusement of our friends, family and other guests we had at our property, so we decided to share this place with others.
