This is the place! You deserve it! We are in the best location of Carapibus Beach, in front of the Corals. From our deck, an unparalleled view. At low tide, several natural pools form at our door. Everything is very beautiful. Great! Come and enjoy the beautiful Beaches of our South Coast, Tabatinga, Coqueirinho, Praia Bela, Tambaba, and, in João Pessoa, which is a 30-minute drive away, the beautiful Prais, Ponta dos Seixas, Tambaú, Cabo Branco, Manaíra, Bessa, Intermares, Camboinha, Ilha Vermelha.

This cozy beach style home is just 150m (3 minute walk) to Tabatinga II beach, just south Jacuma, near Joao Pessoa, PB. Remodel in 2024, there are 4 suites for 11+ guests. There is a front porch area for outdoor dining, socializing, or just relaxing in a hammock. The front yard has pool and there is a BBQ hut with freezer, sink, table, and BBQ. The living room has a 5.1 surround sound system making it also a home theater with a blue ray disc player. The gated driveway can fit 4-5 cars.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. There are five air-conditioned en-suites, two with a double bed and a children's bed, two with 2 double beds, and 1 with a double bed. Kitchen with refrigerator, stove, blender, microwave, coffee maker and toaster, huge living room with two environments measuring about 55 square meters, table for 20 people, sand court for sports. In the most visited part of Tabatinga, next to 2 restaurants next door (Kuara and Tabagrill)
