We invite you to our 5-hectare ranch located in the village of Wolnica, next to the forest, in the Krzczonowski Landscape Park. Willa Jutrzenka dates back to 1912, was moved to Wolnica and restored 10 years ago. On 200 m2, 2 floors of Jutrzenka there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom on the first floor, a toilet on the ground floor, a living room with a dining room and a kitchen. We have two dogs and three cats.

The apartment is located 7 minutes (4 km) from the airport. It is a small quiet town 12 minutes away from Lublin, which can be reached by the S17 route. The building is newly built in 2022, in the premises there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a bedroom, very close there are two shopping centers Venus and M4, for active spending time within 7 minutes we will get to Avia Park.
