The house is located on the shore of Hornum Lake on private land along the lake shore. Possibility of swimming from a private beach and fishing from the lake shore as well as a campfire. There is a bathroom with toilet and sink, and showering takes place under the outdoor shower. Kitchen with 2 hotplates, refrigerator with freezer - but no oven. The lease is from 1 pm to 10 am the following day. There is a heat pump, soap, dishwashing detergent, cleaning supplies, etc. - but remember to bring bed linen😀 and towels, and pets are welcome, just not on the furniture.

Bedroom with double bed and 55" smart TV. Newer smaller kitchen with oven, microwave, and refrigerator. Free coffee/tea/water during the stay. Bathroom with toilet and shower. It is 300 meters to the fjord where there are benches so you can sit and enjoy your packed lunch and watch the ships sail by. If you want to come to Aalborg and enjoy the city life, it is 20 minutes by car to the city center. The bathing-friendly beaches are 15 km away and can be enjoyed in all seasons. Cold drinks and snacks are available, as well as free coffee/tea

As a tenant with us, you will be staying in a newly built annex. The annex is located on a natural plot in the woods with the golf course as the nearest neighbor and close to Aalborg, 15 minutes to the city bus. Whether it's a city vacation, golf, mountain biking, road cycling, you have plenty of opportunities to meet your needs here with us. We are happy to help you with good advice if you ask. Bright 2 bedroom apartment with large balcony. Great views. Nearby there are shopping opportunities. Sleeping 2 people in the bedroom and 3rd sleeping area is on sofa bed. There is a TV with chromecast in both rooms - does not have TV channels. Close to bus and also has free parking. WiFi and cleaning after the stay are included in the price. Since I live in between myself in the apartment, there will be some of my personal belongings in the apartment - e.g. clothes and shoes.

Cozy and private basement apartment, with underfloor heating, full kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer and private entrance. In the apartment there is a sofa bed for 2 people, a double bed and plenty of closet space. Cosy apartment in the basement of my house, with heated floors, fully equipped kitchen, own bathroom, washing machine and own entrance. In the apartment, you will find a twin bed, a fold-out sofa, where two people can sleep and loads of storage space.

Feel the real atmosphere of authenticity and charm of the old summerhouse. Enjoy the garden or sunset beyond the lake from the bench, or take a walk in the Svanemøll park, which is located at the end of the garden. The summerhouse is centrally located in Svenstrup city. 5 minutes walk to Svenstrup train station, where you can both get to Aalborg in 9 minutes. Shopping like SuperBrugsen, Rema or Coop365 is a two-minute walk from the summerhouse.
