The small oasis is a former horse stable, lovingly converted into a tiny house. It's a small tower with an area of 12 sqm per level. It has a 160 cm wide bed, a desk, a fitted kitchen with a seating area and a bathroom with a shower. It is located in the middle of the popular Paulusviertel and has a small garden for shared use. Opposite there is a bakery and a bike rental station. 5 minutes away is the Reileck with cafés, restaurants and tram stop. You can get to the train station in 15 minutes.

In the warm season, you can make yourself comfortable on the large terrace (for your use only) with a glass of wine.

The garden grows over my head. From autumn to spring, it's time to prune the trees and bushes, collect the wood, and wear it on the Benjee hedge. In summer, it's the mud building or sometimes digging a foundation. Sometimes carry a few things from A to B. There are always thousands of things to do. A lot is better for two or three. You help me relax about three hours a day. The rest of the time you enjoy the nature, the construction trailer, the sauna and life.

We, a young family with two children ( 1 & 5) have a small ecological winery and have set up a small cottage surrounded by vineyards from May 22. Idyllically located you look at the Bindersee and enjoy the tranquility there. From there you can start great excursions, for example to Seeburg, Lutherstadt Eisleben (20 min drive) to Halle (20 min drive) or to the Harz ( 40min drive) or just start a tour directly around the sweet lake by bike.
