Close by are Capilano University, Capilano and Lynn Valley suspension bridges, Deep Cove Village, Maplewood Flats bird refuge, and Lonsdale Quay. Tall ceilings, finished concrete floors with upscale beach vibe. Private fenced yard with patio. 1 queen bed and 1 queen air mattress available. Keyless entry and off street parking for 2. Quiet family neighbourhood, 13 min. walk to Crescent Beach, cafes and restaurants. 10 min. drive to White Rock and the strip. Bus stop 2 blocks away. The staircase to the loft is fairly steep and therefore not suitable for children under 12 or anyone with mobility issues. No smoking anywhere on the property!

This beautifully renovated suite is steps from Stearman beach in West Vancouver. The suite is accessed from a private entrance where you enter into a kitchen dining area. There is a living/bedroom space with queen bed and a sofa in the living room. The suite is ground floor but there are steps up from the parking spot. The suite is in a family home with a dog however the family lives up stairs with a separate entrance. There is a SUP board and kayak for guests to use at their own risk.
