Apartment facing "south" slopes and mountains for a relaxing and sporting holiday in summer and winter. Located in the heart of the resort, we have completely renovated it in 2019 for our pleasure and that of our future tenants. Perfectly adapted and equipped to accommodate 6 people you will have direct access to the slopes and the shopping mall on the ground floor (many shops, restaurants, bar/breweries/ cinema, laundromat... and even a nightclub!!!). We have arranged our apartment to optimize the living space and have the maximum comfort that facilitates everyday life (as at home): free Wi-Fi, many storage and towel racks/coats, multiple sockets, extension cords, kitchen utensils and appliances, games, books, CDs, DVDs. The apartment is a 3-minute walk to the slopes, shops and activities (ESF) . We use it as a secondary residence several weeks of the year with our children, small children, and baby as well.

Small Loft at the foot of the slopes Super Dévoluy

Refurbished apartment with stunning south-facing terrace at the foot of the slopes in a fully serviced residence. The living space is spacious, the daily sofa bed can be made and undone quickly, the cabin is composed of 3 children's beds, the kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction stove, microwave, refrigerator and freezer and finally the bathroom and toilet, also new. The apartment is equipped with many cupboards, convenient for families!

New, beautiful lake landscape, quiet residence

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The apartment is a fully renovated 2-room that I am renting again this year because we are living in our house. It is located in a very quiet residence. Redone with taste, I hope it will make you have a great stay in the Hautes Alpes region. You will have salt, coffee, oil, sheets, towels, sugar and everything you need for your stay. It has a small terrace overlooking a small lake and Ceuze Mountain.

Very nice 25 m2 apartment located at the foot of the Superdévoluy slopes, with a south-facing terrace and stunning views of the mountains. The studio includes a living room, kitchen, bathroom, sleeping area and nearby parking. A shopping mall is located on the ground floor of the residence with restaurants, food, ski equipment, bowling, tobacco...) Several activities near the family resort: snowmobiling, gym, lake, sled dogs, via ferrata.
